The winery is situated in the middle of the vineyard.
Like this, the grapes reach the winery just minutes after being harvested. The cellar it's divided into two parts: vinification cellar and Barrique cellar.
The vinification cellar is in the upper part of the Tenuta. When the grapes arrive, they are chilled to keep as much freshness as possible. Only then they proceed to fermentation. We ferment all wines in large wooden vats under controlled conditions.
For ageing, the young wines pass to the Barrique cellar. It is situated lower on the hill and wines flow there by gravity, without being pumped. This cellar is constructed underground and keeps optimal temperatures. Here, wines mature in Barriques.
